Our Old Mattress collection service is provided by our partners Anyjunk. Anyjunk are a responsible recycler, they are committed to diverting waste from landfills. They will disassemble your old mattress and recycle every part of it.
Collections take place from outside your property and a collection can happen any time between 7am-5pm, your collection date will be confirmed by email once you have booked it. You can either use the link we send via email to book your collection or contact our Customer Services team once you have completed your purchase and we will book it for you.
Please be aware, once we have taken possession of your old mattress, it is sent for recycling and we are not able to retrieve it.
We recommend arranging the collection for the day after your mattress is delivered. This way, if anything goes wrong with the delivery, you will still have a mattress.
The Old Mattress Collection is not provided by the same team delivering your mattress. Our collection partners will pick up and responsibly recycle your Old Mattress.
